How far in advance should I book my wedding? Can I book my wedding for 2027 already?
Most couples book 12–24 months in advance, but popular dates fill quickly. Yes, we are currently accepting bookings through 2027, and we encourage early reservations if you have a specific season or weekend in mind.
Can I come and do a tour?
Absolutely. We’re happy to show you around the vineyard and answer any questions in person. Just use the Contact Now button to schedule a tour with our event coordinator.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
You may reschedule with no change fee as long as the new date is available. The deposit is nonrefundable, and cancellations must be made in writing.
Is there a discount for weddings on weekdays?
Yes, weddings held on weekdays receive a 25% discount. Weekdays are considered Wednesday and Thursday during regular winery hours. Please note that Fridays are considered weekend dates.
How much is the deposit, and when are payments due?
A 50% deposit is due at signing, and the final payment is charged 30 days prior to the event.
Do you host small weddings or elopement-style celebrations? I’m looking for something more intimate and affordable.
Yes, we do! Victoria Valley Vineyards offers several intimate options designed specifically for smaller celebrations at a lower cost. Our Elopement Package is perfect for up to 10 guests, and our Micro-Wedding Packages accommodate up to 45 guests with beautiful outdoor ceremony sites, included chairs, and access to indoor facilities. These smaller packages keep things simple, elegant, and budget-friendly while still giving you a stunning vineyard wedding experience.
What are your minimum and maximum guest counts?
We have no minimum guest requirement. Our maximum capacity is 175 guests.
Can we use our own caterer or do we have to choose from an approved list?
You may use any caterer from our preferred vendor list. Outside caterers are welcome but must be pre-approved by our team.
Can we bring in our own alcohol? What are the drink package options?
Yes, depending on your wedding package, couples may bring in beer (iced down in coolers) and spirits. Per South Carolina law, all wine and beer must be poured into cups and served by our staff. Any spirits brought in must be handled by a licensed/certified bartender, along with the required alcohol liability insurance. We also require a wine case purchase commitment based on your guest count. In addition to wine and beer service, we offer non-alcoholic drink packages, mimosas, and sangria to help customize your beverage experience.
Do you have an officiant or an official photographer?
No, we do not provide an officiant or photographer, but we do have a list of preferred vendors we’re happy to recommend.
Is a day-of coordinator required or included?
A licensed day-of coordinator is required. We provide professional coordination services, and most couples love the convenience and familiarity of using our team. Outside coordinators are permitted with prior approval, as long as they are licensed.
Do you allow food trucks?
Yes! Food trucks are welcome and can drive directly to the lower level for setup.
What does the venue provide?
We provide black linens, tables, chairs, and a wedding arbor for your wedding day.
How many hours do we get the venue for?
Your rental time will vary based on the package selected. Our packages range from 2 hours for elopements up to 5 hours with the Timeless Wedding Package.
Can we extend our rental time? What’s the cost?
Yes, you can extend your rental time. Pricing varies based on the package selected.
What is the latest time the event can go?
Events may go until 10:00 PM, which is the required cutoff due to our noise ordinance.
What time can vendors arrive for setup?
Vendors may arrive up to 2 hours before the event start time, unless otherwise discussed and approved by our team. This applies to Packages C & D only.
Can we bring our own decorations? Are there restrictions? Are we responsible for cleanup?
Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be taped, pinned, or hung on the walls without express consent from Victoria Valley Vineyards. Fireworks and sparklers are not permitted. Clients are responsible for setup, cleanup, and general operation of the event unless otherwise noted. All decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period, unless prior arrangements are made for outside rentals (such as tents).
Do you allow rehearsal time?
Yes. Our Packages C&D include a 60-minute rehearsal the day before your wedding.
Do you allow pets?
No pets or animals are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Do you have indoor and outdoor spaces?
Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor spaces to suit your vision. Ceremonies can be held outdoors at multiple scenic vineyard locations, each with stunning mountain and vineyard views. For indoor celebrations, our elegant Barrel Room is available. Together, these spaces provide flexibility for ceremonies, receptions, and weather changes.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Our main building is handicap accessible, and guests may drive vehicles to the lower level for easier access. Please note that the vineyard grounds themselves are not fully accessible due to the terrain.
Do you have bridal and groom suites?
We offer a bridal suite on the main floor of the venue for getting ready and final preparations. Two additional bathrooms are located downstairs in the Barrel Room for use during the event. These spaces are available for Packages C & D only.
What is your parking situation?
We offer onsite parking for you and your guests.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of rain, it’s up to the couple to decide whether they’d like to rent a tent. We leave that choice to your discretion, depending on the weather.
